  • Our wool products are made from certified 100% grassfed sheep wool grazed in Iowa

  • The sheep flocks are certified Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World

  • The sheep graze USDA certified organic perennial pastures

  • Wool is fully biodegradable and can be recycled many times over

  • Wool will compress about 1/3 in the first few months of regular use, please allow for this break in period

  • No harmful chemicals were used to wash the wool, due to this there are small particles of clean vegetable matter in the wool from the organic hay the sheep eat in the winter months

  • There may be a slight odor due to residual lanolin, but this will fade over time

  • We recommend protecting your products with organic protectors, pillow cases and duvets

  • We accept most major credit cards and Paypal. Our platform keeps your payment information secure. We do not save your payment information unless you request us to.

  • We provide Free Shipping on every order within the contiguous 48 states. We do add a shipping fee to orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii. It may take up to 5-9 business days for your package to arrive. You will receive tracking information once your order ships from Iowa.

  • We feel so good about our regenerative wool bedding products that we provide you with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from date of purchase to ship the item back to us. Please contact us to let us know why you want to return or exchange your item and we will send you shipping information. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Cancellations are accepted. You will need to contact us to request a cancellation before item has shipped.

  • Sunlight is a natural sanitizer. Hang your product in the sun for a few hours to freshen it. For pillows, comforters and mattress toppers, bat your product a few times with a tennis racket. If needed, spot clean stains with a baking soda and vinegar mixture. Do not put our products in a dryer. Tumbling action and heat will shrink and felt the wool.
